scope outside adjustment

I recently attempted to zero my Pulsar Digisight LRF N850 digital night-vision scope mounted on my FX Impact .30. The Pulsar scope has an integral picatinny mount, so it was no issue mounting on the Impact picatinny rail. I attempted zero at 25 yds. The best I could do was a half mildot right POI with both axes adjustments stopped-out (x = 40; y = -50).

My question is: Does anybody know of a mount fix wherein I can get an alignment that will bring my scope into adjustment range?
 
Thank you, addertooth. Actually, I found a good adaptor mount that will give me y-axis adjustment. My problem, however, is with the x-axis; an issue I've never encountered before. For the life of me, I can't find a suitable mount to where I can get horizontal adjustment, nor can I figure out how to shim that way. I would be greatly appreciative for any guidance.

Now I did remount the scope by moving it front a notch. I very well may have mounted it a notch too far in the rear, which may have resulted in an improper seat. Right after I watch President-Elect Trump give his acceptance speech, I will go out and see if that did the trick.
 
Cliff notes on shimming:
​The shim should always go under the side of the mounts which is fixed to the ring (not the side that bolts down). If you need the bolted side shimmed to adjust the aiming of the scope, turn the ring around. (I realize this is not an option, so your shim will only go on the front or the rear of the scope to turn it left/right as needed). Place the thin shim metal between the scope mount and the Picatinny rail. Do not use steel shim, use Brass/Aluminum/Copper. You want your shim material to be lightly deformable. If your Trig (math) is good, and you have a calculator which does (degrees, radians, grads), you can roughly calculate how thick the shim needs to be; otherwise, experiment a bit for ideal thickness. Shooting (very loosely) from the hip, I am guessing a shim of about 20 thousandths thick should put you in the ballpark.
​Now for the silly common sense part:
​Put the scope on a different rifle; if it continues to aim off, it is the scope itself.
If it shoots more true, it is the rail on the previous gun.
If it is the scope, and it is under warranty, consider returning the scope for one which has the mounts machined correctly.

Good idea, addertooth. Actually, I did have the scope in issue mounted on my Daystate Pulsar and it zeroed beautifully. I even had to use a picatinny to dovetail adaptor with no axis adjustment capability. The first shot @ 20 yds was darn near already zeroed. The x-axis was dead-on, and the y-axis needed only a few clicks. With my Impact, the first shot was three feet low and two feet right!

UPDATE: Good news! After re-mounting the Digisight a slot forward, my Impact .30 zeroed just fine. It's now driving nails @ 50 yds. Busted its cherry on a bunny last night @ 43 yds. Dropped her like a hot potato :). She's soaking in the fridge as we speak. Thanks to everybody for the feedback.
