Tuning SD/ES

There is a type of search called a "binary search". If the solution can have a large number of settings and you have no idea what the optimal will be; select a test the highest, the lowest and the middle. The answers will show you whether the optimal is above or below the middle. Your new solution space then is cut in half and you test the new middle. The result of that test places the new middle. Rinse and repeat. Using that strategy you can very quickly isolate an optimal solution. For more information regarding this strategy google "binary search strategy".

Any tips on how to get my standard deviations and extreme spreads tighter? I’m shooting .25 cal m3 impact, 34 grain JSB’s
dont get hung up on numbers.... if your accuracy is where you want/need it, then SD/ES arent all that important.

And speaking from experience, chasing numbers is a deep dark rabbit hole of diminishing returns.....
