What is the best way to seal a pressure gage to prevent leaks. Doesn't appear to be an o-ring only threads.

It should have a plastic washer in the bottom of the hole to seal against. Put a drop of soapy water around the threads and tighten only until the bubbles stop. The gauge may not be straight up and down when it seals.

Regardless how much I turn it it still leaks. Plastic washer must have taken a set. Probably need a new washer. Thanks

Try some teflon tape too. If you need some of those white nylon/plastic washers I'll send you a few . PM me.

There are also 'X'-Rings that seal very well. I don't have the size at hand but can get it and return here.
Otherwise, you can likely measure diameter and ask the folks at Oringsandmore.com (804.741.1521) and get one that fits the opening/threaded area.

PS, I looked up the 'X'-Ring size and its: 3.63 x 2.62 x NBR-70. At least for an FX Impact.
