Seeking 3-9(ish), w/turrets, hopefully parallax adj, for less than $200. Doable?

Yeah... I know. Sub $200? Might be a ridiculous ask. But I don't know what I don't know and am posting here looking for clarity :)

Just fyi, this is for a PCP gun. Not a springer.

I find that with my scoped firearms, I rarely use more than about 7 power. So 3-9 is plenty, 4-12 would work. I have a friend who designs optics and he says that higher adjustable magnification with good results needs substantially better components and price will be reflected accordingly. I'm not doing 1000 yard bench rest. My PCP shooting will primarily be done at 50 yards and less, with occasional wild-hair-goofing-off to 100 yards.

So... I am mostly focused on good value. Here is how I am priortizing:

1) Good construction, with good return to zero adjustability.
2) Ease of elevation and windage adjustments. I keep dope sheets taped to my buttstocks. Leaning towards target turrets.
3) Parallax adjustment is desired. 15 yard to 50 yard pest control shots are primary use.
4) 1" tube

FFP, lighted reticle, mildot not required.

Can this be done in the $200 range? If not, then I will just save my mad money. What should I be considering?

I’ve read good things about Nikko Stirling scopes, but never tried one. It may bsoemthing to investigate along with a WestHunter 3-12x or 4-16x for the aforementioned price point. Not sure about the 1” tube. I don’t check for those much. A FFP scope may cost you a little more. A SFP scope is doable for $200.

I have the Arken EPL-4 6x25x50 and love it so I might try out their LH-6, on sale now for $200 https://www.arkenopticsusa.com/products/LH-6-1-6x24-SFP-LPVO-Illum-KLBOX-30mm-Tube-p690454933

The cheapest I would recommend is the Hawke Vantage 3-9 with mil dot reticle and adjustable parallax (but no knob it is on the objective lens area). Amazon had the airmax for only $10 more. $140 and $150. I use the 2-7 Vantage on my Prod and I think it is a nice scope. Holds zero. Adjusts OK. I have not needed the warranty but Hawke's reputation for warranty coverage is good.

I like my Vector Veyron 6-24 SFP more, however. Krale is the only place I know you can get the SFP which I think is important so you can use 6X. Price is $185 but shipping adds over $30. Parallax and reticle illumination is on the side. Good glass for the money and nicely compact.

I only paid about $200 for my Athlon Talos 6-24, also SFP. It is not as small and light as the Veyron but the glass is a little better, I think. You'd need to catch a good sale too get it for $200. I haven't needed to use the warranty from Athlon either but their reputation is also great.
