Yes, they are much more accurate and the batteries seem to last months before you need to charge, I have 6 of them, zero issues, read the instructions

I can’t speak to the impact gauge but I have been pleased with all three of my Sekhmets.
I do put a lower profile on once I am satisfied with a tune.

I have 2 Sehkment gauges.
The 28mm (fill) is perfect. Battery lasts for weeks. I also has a new 25mm (second reg) gauge. Battery in it is a piece of crap. It lasts about 1 ½ hours of shooting, and I have it “sleeping” at 10 seconds. I constantly have to put the charger on it during my shooting. I’m going to take it off an put on a different digital gauge.

I’ve been using them on one gun for a year. Some issues finally popping up but nothing a reset doesn’t fix for a while. The major downside of them is they will make you obsessed with your reg pressure. With a normal gauge, when you look at it you’re like yep, close enough.

This is true and even if it’s not regged, you can watch the pressure slowly increase a bit after the shot as the tank warms back up.
I have an updater cable and finally got it to work but it is a royal pain to do. At least for me it was.

What's the "next best" if you don't need the extra features of the Sehkmet? Just need quick, reliable, repeatable air pressure readout.

I have Wika gauges on a lot of my guns. The Wika tank pressure gauge on my M3’s and other guns are spot on. I don’t care about how accurate the first and second reg gauges are because my settings are my settings.

I like wika as well for mechanical gauges.
The only alternative I’ve found for digital is on AliExpress. Very slow shipping but it seems to work well. Not rechargeable but battery lasts fine.

Vetmx, you make a good point, your settings being your settings. Both my RTI guns have 23mm micro gauges, which are definitely off. I could see the Sekhmet gauge being an exercise in frustration if it glitched…

I ended up buying two AirMarksman digital gauges from Utah Airguns. These seem to work great and are a resonable price.

I have one of those as my second reg gauge on one of my Impacts. It’s a cheesy thing but has been working flawlessly for maybe three months now. Even came with an extra battery. Haven’t had to change it yet. Figured I would try one hoping it’s simplicity would be a strong point.

Can you tell more about that gauge from Aliexpress? It looks exactly like the Airmarksman but for 2/3 of the price.
