I think the improvement in our customer service work is mainly about the present: being honest about our past problems and actively solving them.

In the past, our main criticized problem is late email responses, now we promised the time limit for email reply will not exceed 24h during workdays.

Another concern was about the late delivery and sometimes wrong delivered or missing items. In response, we’ve moved our warehouse in CA and have taken steps to secure inventory in advance, thus significantly cutting down on dispatch time. As a result, now we've managed to dispatch the parcels as soon as we receive orders within the U.S. and 7-10 workdays for international deliveries.

Of course, the main problem is always the quality. Mainly focused on 25mm std gauge, specifically issues with leaks and battery draining too fast. We are extending warranties on these items and are inviting anyone who has had issues with their gauge to reach out to us through email for replacement. Our second generation 25mm std gauge has undergone a year-long process of R&D, and we’ve improved its chip, algorithm, battery, and surface treatment all-round. You are heartily invited to try the enhanced product, which will be widely circulated from next month as part of after-sales service.

We genuinely hope that these steps taken will help our customers regain confidence in Sekhmet. Our second-generation 28pro gauge, which has been on the market for six months now, shows stable and improved quality, which I believe that bought users have gradually felt our growth.

I am really sorry for all the wrong things in the past, especially the lack of customer service. But please believe that we are a very serious product brand, our digital pressure gauges are the most precise in the world and this is something that we pride ourselves on.

I was very excited to hear about your new take on customer service and the replacement of the old ( in my case 2 leaking) 25mm guages.
I love Sekhmet gauges and have yet to see anything better imo.

Good morning, I have a question, I recently bought a meter made 25 mm which after hours of charging I can't see the battery indicator, is there a problem or this is how it works .I am attaching a video. thanks

That's how mine works as well. If you put the charging cable on it you'll see the battery indicator charging and this is the only time you will see it.

Έτσι λειτουργεί και το δικό μου. Εάν τοποθετήσετε το καλώδιο φόρτισης πάνω του, θα δείτε την ένδειξη μπαταρίας να φορτίζεται και αυτή είναι η μόνη φορά που θα το δείτε.

Το ρωτάω γιατί όταν συνδέω το καλώδιο φόρτισης δείχνει μόνο ένα εικονίδιο πάνω δεξιά που δείχνει ότι η μπαταρία είναι σχεδόν άδεια

Το δικό μου δείχνει σχεδόν άδειο πάντα. Δεν είναι άδειο. Αλλά αν θέλετε κάποια σιγουριά, απλώς κρατήστε το στην πρίζα όλη τη νύχτα και μετά ξεχάστε το. Η μπαταρία σε αυτούς τους μετρητές διαρκεί πολύ μεταξύ των φορτίσεων

It will still show low battery and it will not be what is actually happening. The battery is likely full right now and will be after the extended charging as well. It just seems to be a minor flaw with the 25mm.

Hi, as I explained by email, a long touch of less than 5 seconds, not some very short touch in the video ( and long touch longer than 5 seconds will turn it off/on) can show the battery level. The empty battery icon does not mean empty at all, it just means the battery indicator to differ with the pressure number. Sorry for the confusion, but as shown clearly in the owner's manual, you can see no matter the battery level, the icon stays the same. Check this

Hi there, like I replied above, the battery icon is just an icon, it doesn't show it's empty or full, the battery level depends on the number shown in your gauge after a long touch ( no longer than 10s), check the owner's manual I attached for your easier reference.
