Sekhmet digital gauges

If you have any of the Pro Sekhmet gauges, it's pretty easy to find the different settings & features if you take a few minutes to play around with them. To complain that the time out duration was too short and was one of the primary flaws of the gauge is, as you now realize, a mistake on your part b/c that's one of the basic settings that you can adjust...along with having it turn on with each shot or during a fill as Nicole said.

There are plenty of ways to customize the setup of these gauges, which is why we're paying more for them then the Amazon gauges. The 28mm gauges only came in one flavor (aka the "Pro" model you're referring to) but you can set it in different modes that determine which settings/features show up on the gauge during normal use. If you set it in the simpler "Regulator" mode, it won't show all of the different features when you try to scroll through them. To have access to the full menu of settings, you have to take it out of Reg mode and put it into the more advanced "Pro" mode (see pics below).

Hope that helps...

Yeah one of my gauges will do what you pictured the other will not. The other has no “mode” in the menu only simple mode on or off. Yeah I corrected myself. Back on Steve’s video he mentioned the annoying max 15 sec screen time. Didn’t realize that was updated or he was wrong to begin with who knows. If I were personally buying I would still go with the cheaper gauge because I just want to know pressure not all of the other stuff and people should just know that.

Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm not quite sure which model you purchased. The Gen-1 28mm Pro gauge I guess? Both of the two gauges are the same, right? Those calculation works can only be done for the pressure in the bottle, while since the pressure should always stay the same or around the same, there won't be too much calculation work done for the reg one. While some champion shooter customers remind us they can use the reg gauge as a timer, good reminder to help them shoot more accurately by the exact pressure which is their sweet point.
Didn’t purchase either. Both came installed on an m3 I obtained. I should have done further research as I was just going off an old video that said “annoying 15 sec max screen timeout and confusing user menu and horrible customer service “. Obviously things have changed which is great.

Cool, I have one of those Amazon gauges...I'll trade you for one of your Sekhmets? Deal? ;)

I would except I don’t want a digital at all on my fill side. It may be up for sale eventually. I don’t like messing with anything I don’t have to though. IE it isn’t leaking and about the time I change it that will happen. Lol

Would you pls forward me that video here? That's not a new function at all, the screen timeout is always adjustable from Gen-1. Obviously, the YouTuber was misunderstanding at the very beginning.o_O

I'm enjoying the responses from sekhmet, my only purchase turned into a nightmare.
Hopefully, things have turned a corner.
Thank you so much for your support and kind words, pls do contact us by filling out this form, or starting a conversation here with me, or contact us by email: [email protected] about your order info. Pls trust us, we'll do what we should do! Hope you may give us the chance to make things correct.🫡

Any plans to release an angled one like some other brand? Thanks

Hello everyone,

We are genuinely excited to see an increasing number of airgun enthusiasts paying close attention to air pressure and pressure gauges, not just during the tuning process but also in routine precision shooting.

And YES! We are currently in the process of considering the production of the Angled Manometer Bracket parts and would love to share some preliminary design sketches with you all. However, we also seek your valuable feedback. Are there any aspects of the design that you feel need attention or improvement? What types of guns and thread specifications would you like to see compatible with this adapter to relocate the pressure gauges for easier access?

We've often encountered the challenge of different brands using completely different threading, and even issues like varying lengths of M8 threads, which can be quite perplexing. With this new angled bracket, we hope to accommodate a wider range of needs and simplify the customization process.

Looking forward to a lively discussion and productive sharing session!

You guys are passionate about the product you make and I deeply respect that! From business standpoint, I'd make the threading compatible with the most popular airguns starting with FX, AEA and such.
However FX makes their own angled brackets and the needs are probably already met for that audience so I'd say go with AEA and so on.
My dream gun is about to be released in May and hopefully your design procces won't be done by then so I can measure and let you guys know.
One question though: will you guys be making the bracket variants for both left and right side mounting? Some popular guns diffee in their gauge position.

Thanks a bunch and good luck!

You've hit the nail on the head with your observations! Our goal in designing this adapter was indeed to maximize compatibility across a wide range of brands, models, and threads. As long as the manometer isn't embedded in the stock, we can accommodate it with our lower adapters in 1/8NPT, M8, or 1/8BSPP—allowing for easy conversion to our 1/8BSPP threaded pressure gauges.

Your insight regarding the popularity of certain airgun brands is spot-on. While FX does offer its own solution, we aim to fill any gaps in the market, starting with brands like AEA and beyond.

It's exciting to hear about your dream gun releasing in May! Our design process is ongoing, and we would welcome any measurements or feedback you can provide to help us refine our product. Your input could be crucial.

To answer your question, yes, we’re definitely considering making bracket variants for both left and right-side mounting to cater to the different gauge positioning on popular guns. We understand the importance of accommodating both configurations for our diverse user base.

Thank you so much for your enthusiasm and support. It means a lot to us, and we’re grateful for users like you who share our passion. If you have any more questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out.

Best of luck with your new airgun, and we look forward to potentially collaborating with you in the future!

Have a good day,
Nicole
