N/A Sekhmet gauge question

I've searched and can't find any info on my issue.
I have a 25mm gen 2 gauge, and it has worked well. I sent the gun off to be serviced and it is still reading pressure well, but the battery symbol shows low charge, and I can't get it to go into battery level mode. Also, it looks like it's not charging.

Am I missing something? I know it is one quick press to turn it on, and that works fine.
long press to shutdown, and that works.
Less than 5 sec press should put it in battery charge level mode and that won't work at all.

Not sure if I'm doing it incorrectly, but I don't put mine in battery charging mode, I simply cord it up to the charger and away it goes.
Of course there is some minor adjusting to get the battery icon to show it's charging, but it's real simple.

The little battery symbol on the 25mm always shows empty or low. Just charge it and when it's done it's full.

Agreed regarding the battery icon. Shows under half, but when I press and hold for more than a second, the display changes on my 2 (recently purchased) units to '100', showing full batteries. Keep holding and the gauge powers off.

I still can't figure the gauge out. I cannot get it into the battery charge state at all.
I cannot tell if it's charging at all except it's not going dead, so it must be charging
It stays on for like 5 minutes when I touch the screen.

Does any of this sound normal?
