RAW Rapid Sekhmet - SmartGauge 28 Pro - Leaking ?

Hey Guys,
I have (4) RAW HM1000x's in my stable with OEM pressure gauges that were notoriously inaccurate - They typically read 50+ bar high :p.
For years I have dealt with this issue by not worrying to much about it ..... as they usually were consistently high and otherwise fine.

Then I read on AGN, where there was a new digital gauge that gave many different functions in addition to be very precise(y).
So .... I finally pulled the trigger on (4) of them for about $427, which was a lot ..... but those digital features were very appealing.

The gauges came packaged beautifully with great accessories (These were specially made for a RAW airgun).

Unfortunately, all (4) gauges came with gasket/o-ring accessories which couldn't be used with a RAW set-up.
After doing more research on AGN, I found that most RAW gun owner using the Pro gauge recommended the OEM gauge o-ring.

Unfortunately, after buying OEM pressure gauge o-rings from Martin, they continue to leak about 5-50 bar per day - so accurately documented by the precise gauges.

My Question:
Has anyone
Mastered how to attach/seal these wonderful gauges without them leaking?

PS: I had to change a number of O-rings on all my RAW's (except for my December'24 purchase) related to the regulator - Bottle, V quick fill and reg to body O-rings -> because they didn't like being fiddled with after sitting a year or more. All stocks needed to be modified, so the Pro gauge didn't disrupt basic functioning (easy peasy).

Also, if a reliable solution can't be found , I'm getting to the point where I'll put the OEM gauges back on the guns - because the functionality of them not leaking Trumps all the high tech whistles and Bells.

Not trying to Hammer Sekhmet - , but am getting anxious to solve this :).

RAWs utilize british parallel pipe thread not tapered, so they seal with an oring on the back of the gauge not with the threads. Be sure that the back side of your gauge bottoms out on the oring and the v-block, not on the end of the threads inside the vblock.
None of my Sekhmets leak but I machined the threads to be shorter so that it seals on the oring.
Just check to make sure it’s not bottoming out.

Was going to say….raw gauge have a bit of an oring groove or land on the back.

I really wish somebody would come of with a higher quality gauge that maintains the size of the oem gauge.
I have zero interest in electronics on my guns

Sekmet has sent me a few gauges for testing and feedback.

In my case I have communicated to them that one of the 25 mm gauges stopped working. One 28 mm gauge gives 7 bars higher reading.

All other gauges are working fine.

I have installed a 25mm gauge on a friend's RAW HM1000x. So far so good. No leaking.

Sekmet advised me that they have developed even better gauges now and they might send for feedback.

I saw the video of "Sub 12 ftlb" on these gauges. In his video all the gauges were working perfectly.

One last thing, I think Most of my SEKHMET Smart Gauge 28 Pro / RAW HM1000x leak issues were created by me  , as I did not provide enough stock clearance for the larger gauges to comfortably fit. When pressurizing the gun, the lack of space created unwanted pressure on the V Block and regulator O-rings causing minor leaks.

My test was to pressurize a gun with the most issues, out the stock ....... and then place in the stock at 250 bar.
The pressurized action didn't want to fit well, requiring me to crank on the stock screw to get it to conform o_O .

Hence, I went back and removed an adequate amount of stock to fit the action, requiring little pressure to align stock screw.
I can now see a little daylight between the gauge and the stock when full tightened.

Nothing like shooting yourself in the foot ............ AGAIN !!!!!
