Seneca eagle claw

So last week I ordered a eagle claw Seneca from pyramid Air received it had valve problems. so talking to Tyler it was best to send it back and could refund. And buy another one with the $10 for 10 shots. I did that! A week later.
Problem is they sent the same gun back to me. Talking to Doug yesterday I asked him if the valve was replaced? He said he not sure. But then started asking me if I knew it was the same gun and do you have proof. I said yes.he then wanted the order number so I sent him both of them! So im unhappy! Not to mention out of five guns they have on their shelf. They sent me the same gun I sent back. What should I do?

Why would you wonder? If they'd pass it on to the original buyer, why wouldn't they pass it on to the next unsuspecting buyer?

Wow... they seriously sent it back and didn't realize they did OR had a clue if any work was done to correct it? Horrible service lol.

If they fixed the problem what's the problem with getting the same rifle back.

Sounds like that 10 for $10 plan is a waste of money. Not sure why PA didn't designate the returned rifle as refurbished, since you had issues with it. Thanks for the report as this will help others...bummer that it didn't help you, but at least you know that PA doesn't go that extra step.

I paid for the 10 for 10 when I bought my Crown Continuum frpm PA. It arrived with a leak. Called PA and he told me to call FX. Turns out to be a simple fix . . . replace the washer in the gauge, but I thought the 10 for 10 was supposed to guarantee no runs, no drips, no errors. On the other hand, Airguns of Utah provide the same service at no additional cost. Same with Airguns of Arizona.

Ive bought several guns from Pyramid in the last 4 months, a couple where refurbished. No troubles whatsoever.

Does the rifle work as it should now? I would ask for my ten bucks back (guessing they would oblige) and be done with them if you so choose.

Seems like I have read of that Problem in other places on the Internet when I looked up about problems with the Seneca Eagle Claw. Was thinking of getting one until I did an Internet search on the gun. Looks like I’m gonna have to keep looking.
