Sensitive m18x1.5 valve bottle fell in my backpack on the valve an hissed out 900 psi quick, normal?

So my 3L tank fell in my backpack it fell over right on the valve , It hissed air like crazy I was trying to unzip it frantically to stop it, The valve is sensitive enough I dropped from 4500 psi to 3600 , It just fell in my backpack I guess I didnt snug it down enough when I filled it last, Is this normal occurrence among valves know my other valve is not as sensitive you have to turn the knob a bit more to get the air really flowing but this sensitive one let out a good bit of air. Anyone else valve really sensitive or is this one a bit defective, Well Im snugging it down more with my hand next time instead of finger tight. I have a couple of those. Fairly crappy, had to rebuild and upgrade gauge orings to make it work.

I mean my other one on my 6.8 l is just not as sensitive, same one, So could be quality control thing, Easier to overfill a gun if just dumps air with the smallest turn like it did.

Is there a nut under the knob that adjusts the tension of the seal on the valve shaft? If there is, you might try tightening it a bit. That worked on my SCBA valve.
