Our second field target shoot will be on Saturday, September 11, 2021. This is an informal event, staggered start. Show up at anytime between 12:30pm and 3:30pm and you will be squadded and sent out on the course.
This will be our second event, and our goal is to have our events be accessible to new shooters and hopefully build a FT following in the Central PA area. This is a great event to introduce yourself, friends, family to shooting field target. If you are experienced at FT, we welcome you to come out and give our course a try, provide us with feedback, and any pointers; we too are new to this game.
Additional details can be found on our web site https://www.palmyrasportsmens.com/Field-Target
Signups are on our competition rifle range. You can park at the range. After entering our club property, turn right on the road that goes along the top of the hill; enter the stone parking lot and proceed through the parking lot and down the hill to the covered range on the far left.
Please be mindful of safety. Wear eye protection, and have a case/bag for your gun. You will be asked to always keep your gun pointed in a safe direction, and to keep the gun in the bag until you are on the firing line, and to bag/case the gun after shooting and before removing it from the firing line.
