Setup my Table for Rats…

My seup for the upcoming weeks’ attempt on rats. This station is only 15 yards away from the pictured kill zones. Have had great success with a similar setup in the past. Atomic XR, TP on low, with Zulus atop sending CPHPs. Am hoping to record some of the action. Confirmed my 15 and 25 yard POI today and if they present they are in big trouble… As you can see the set up is Peahen approved… My plan is to wait until sunset and go out and see what I might… Hopefully after the workday, I’ll have as much energy as I had enthusiasm today. Mapped a half dozen different ranges today for future bird pesting…

Nice set up and blind! That Peahen sure is inquisitive! Beautiful bird and I hope you have energy tomorrow night to help some rats with their insomnia with some lead injections! Your Atomic looks marvelous! Great photos as always.

Leon, Nice setup. After the storm last week ,there's a wood framed metal covered door mashed up on the ground at the farm. So yesterday I thought I'd do a
penetration test (again) w/ the Kral NP03 rat gun. Don't know what gauge the metal is or if its the same as the last metal I found, there are three different
buildings from a couple outfits on the farms. At the "normal" power level (700+ -fps) w/ FX/Hades at 15/16yrds , the shot severely dented the metal and would surely have caused damage to the other side finish /integrity. Turning up to max the pellet blew through leaving a hole easily twice the diameter of the .22 caliber pellet. I'll probably back off another notch on the power & repeat the test when I return. My max distance is 19/20 yrd.s at my spots . I wish I could set up a table like you have, but it's not in the cards.Good shooting!
