I purchased a product from Shata and it was a good experience. When received, there was a minor part missing. I contacted Shata and he was on it immediately, before I could even suggest that I could likely locate the part. Before I could PM him, he had already contacted the manufacturer and the minor missing part was on the way.

Great seller and excellent response! I highly recommend.
