Wikipedia seems to think its between 1949-1950 because it does not have a made in USA stamp, which allegedly they put on in 1951 says wiki... not sure how creditable that is

You might want to double check that; your gun wasn't available to your grandfather until the very early 50's.There is no serial number, my grandfather said he got it in the early 40s but with little research I didnt think it was possible, I also believe it is a model c but I'm not sure

Fun gun for targets / plinking .Thank you for that information! I will try and oil it up tomorrow to see if its working! The pump slides fine and the gun clicks when you load it, it just doesnt hold a charge!
