True...The Gorilla's don't care lolI have always double boxed any gun I’ve shipped and any gun I’ve had shipped to me has always been double boxed, it’s kind of standard practice. With the gorillas that will be handling it, you can’t over do it!
Thx...Neither of these have a case. Didn't come with one and I never bought one but yeah, I get what you're saying.I do not ever ship a gun in its case. It looks just like a……
……… gun case and I don’t need the inevitable hassle over shipping it.
Best to just put it in the case then box the case. This will also offer the case some protection. I do not want the new owner getting a case that is all scratched up and dirty.
Cardboard corner protector comes with appliances, etc. to reinforce inside the box (you can also buy it). Wrap the gun in foam carpet padding. Tape cardboard box securely.

I like to put a small piece of wood in front of the barrel. I’ve seen a couple punch through. How do you guys ship your guns? It seems to me like both I own shipped right in the box they fit in with no outer box. Is this what you guys do? I have 2 I need to ship.

LOL! I have about 40 in the storage space above my Garage. I never sell any but if i do I have boxes.I always save everything that my guns were delivered in. I don’t seem to hold on to any kind of gun very long so it’s prudent to save everything it came in.
