So go to Walmart to grab some spray paint . I just use the cheap 89¢ stuff to cover the pellet marks or just clean em up a bit . I get to the shelve and could not believe it's now 2.89$ .

I was like "man im glad im not using the good stuff " ..lol... Still what a jump in price. I had to walk around some to think about even getting any .. wow.

Then I guess i better hope my bank dont fail before the charge card clears..

It the fifth time in my lifetime I've said something similar. The first time being when gasoline went to 50 cents a gallon.
I got a old picture of me and in the background a gas station and sign with 23¢ on super...lol i think it was a esso station ( old exxon/moble)

Oh boy, here we go.
So it's Saturday morning, time for me to mow the yard with the 20" push mower. I grab the Gallon gas can, strap it on my bike with the banana seat and sissy bar, run in the house and grab a dollar from Dad. Ride to the local gas station, get a gallon of leaded, "jerk" a Pepsi bottle from the chest type soda machine after maneuvering the bottle through the maze to the release point. Purchase a pack of Pal Mals for dad and a candy bar and super bubble for me. Head back home to mow the yard for the next 3 hours for my paycheck of 50 cents. Good times for sure. BTW no change from the dollar except maybe a penny or two.

With the baseball cards clicking in the spokes. At the has station you jad to run over the black hose that operated the bell. Ding ding..

Hunting season our local tg&y. My uncle bought a 30.06, ammo, carton of cigarettes, and a case of beer paied cash ,we walked out with it all.. maybe took 10min. When i could drive 10$ would put has in the truck and go drive to the beach and have a good fun day come home with a few buck still in your pocket.

Now serms it takes a $100 just to pull out of the driveway..lol

Could be worse. Could have to switch to "non-leaded" like the British have to.
Whos got good ol leaded? Bad enugh they tanted regular unleaded with ethanol..

Then instead of per a gallon its per liter.

Who i feel sorry for are kids say 10 or under. In 20 or so years how bad is it going to be for them ? Im almost betting somthing going to come to its breaking point . Then we're really done for.

So far im glad crosman only jacked up the cphp .177 price up from $5 to $7 ( rounding). But the .22 staying at the $7 . I expected them to go up as well to like 10+$

I must have gotten lucky... my Walmart still had the CPHP for $6.24! I splurged and bought all 4 cans! You guys were lucky with getting paid to cut the lawn. I was told to get out there and cut it or there would be no food on the table for me. In those days, you could get spanked and it meant something other than some light-foot was going to sue you for child abuse because you disciplined your child. I can remember my wife bought a book on how to raise your child without spanking them and 2 weeks later I saw her paddling one of my sons with the book! LOL.

Like here its nonethnohl mid grade that dont screw up them engines fron the ethanal. Ethanal and small engines dont play well especially if you let it sit over time .
