I had an idea for a new baffle design and made them for my carbon fiber moderator I made..... was testing it out this morning on my woods range. It works really well and sounds even more quiet than before. I set up my chronograph and did some fine tuning to the Cricket 2 shooting the Crosman 14.3's at 50 yards and they were shooting good at around 920fps. I really like this Cricket rifle, I shoot it more than my new M3.... I also had my guard dog/ cat standing guard on the other side of the bench while I was shooting... she follows me everywhere I go......:)

Thanks....no, I didn't remove the shroud, I don't think this model comes with a shroud, I bought it from a member here from the classifieds, it came from Charlie Frear at Georgia air guns....he puts a longer barrel on them from a Cricket carbine and calls it a Cricket Long, The barrel is 23 3/4", when I got it the barrel was bare, just the steel barrel...I installed the carbon fiber sleeve on it....I've been thinking about making a shroud with some baffles and putting on it but it's shooting so well, I'm not sure if I will or not...lol

So accurate , it's boring at time..... 😄 😄 . The Tactical is easy to shoot , but , and that's my opinion , Kalibrgun shoud make some improvements :external adjustable regulator , spring loading magazine instead of this tricky system , and it would be .......perfection!! :giggle: .

That's an Awesome group for 100 yards....:)

I've been trying to come up with a way to make the magazines work smoother, if I come up with a fix I'll post it on here. That's my only gripe I have with this gun...I don't have much problem with it now as I did at first but I'm sure there is a way to make it work a little smoother....

I shot mine, too this morning. Mine is the Georgia Airguns long version just like yours.

They are terrific guns - always consistent at close to 1/2” c-t-c groups at 50 yards with the AA 18 grain pellets. I achieved one group of only 3/8” at 50 yards and one 10 shot group of only .01 at 18 yards indoors - the closest I have ever come to a true hole in hole group.

Charlie’s guns typically shoot very well!
