Mike, I noticed in the pic of your tethered rifle that you have some type of attachment around the rifle loosely holding it for recoil purpose. Is that correct and what is it, please???

That’s so the rifle doesn’t roll off the back of the rest each shot. It’s just a bungee made from a piece of theraband.

Shot this 75 shot group a little bit ago. Pretty pleased with it. It was about the same size at 30 shots and then became a game of FT trying to stay inside the kill zone. It’s .485” vertical by .520” horizontal…outside to outside.

The new gun is looking pretty minimalist.

Just curious why you totally did away with the airtube. I suppose it isn't needed when tethering anymore because of a new design feature?? or was the tube ever needed when tethering with older Thomas BR guns??

It’s just easier to make plenum size. adjustments for me. The tube is just a plenum on tether guns.

Here’s another 75 shots at 50y. After a while you feel like it will just go on forever. Probably won’t, though. Wind was quite variable up to 7 or 8, but I never held up or down any….just straight left and right.
