Please forgive me if this has already been asked somewhere and if it has please direct me to the thread.
I am putting away a few dollars here and there saving for a new air rifle. saving is very slow in this economy. I am thinking $250 or so would be my budget give or take a few bucks.
Only been into airguns about a year or so. (Hatsan Airtact .22, Gamo Varmit .177,
Winchester 1100ss) .
I have been doing a whole lot of reading and watching videos.
A pcp would be great but self contained like a springer makes more sense to me.
I really like my airtact, so I have been looking into Hatsans, would like more power than I have now.
So far the Hatsan 125 .25 cal looks real good, but should I go with the spring version or the vortex.
Been hearing a that the vortex pistons are prone to fail and that is not compatible with my budget.
Any input would be appreciated.
