Any time you have moving metal.parts rubbing together i.e bellville washers you need lube to cut down on friction for smoothness of operation and premature wear and tear

What lube do you use inside a regulator on the metal parts?

I use imperial sizing die WAX an invisible smear,its one of the best lubes there is ,i shoot a lot of centre fire rifle and i use it for lubing my cases and its main use is for necking down cases to form smaller cases/necks ,its one of the most slippiest substance out there
And ive never ever had a case stuck in a resizing die since ive bees using it,not expesive ab £ 7in the uk

I have a Silicon grease spray can I use that one? Or can I use Moly Grease or Simple silicon grease?

I would use moly or silicone but make sure its only an invisible smear
