Shout out to Patrick @ Pyramid

When My brand new RovAir compressor quit putting out air at 200 BAR the first time out of the box. I called Pyramid customer service. Patrick listened to my plight and
I had a return number and a label in my e-mail with in an hour. This was at close of business on Friday. So first thing Monday I sent the ailing Roveair back to Pyramid.
I checked the tracking number two days later and saw it had arrived the following day, Tues. I called Friday after receiving an E-mail saying my return was processed and that a replacement was being sent. I had a pack of cleaning pellets added to the shipment.
On Monday my 2nd new RoveAir was shipped and on it's way to me. I think a week and a day turn around time is Pretty darn good customer service especially at this time of year.
My replacement arrived Wed PM. Well in time for Christmas. I tested it out first thing yesterday and So Far So Good. It works as it should ,It's pretty quick and it's quiet, Filling my Cricket 2 from 180 hand pumped BAR (a work out) to 290 BAR in about 3 minutes. Looks like I'll be Shooting for the holiday. Just wanted to thank Courtney who helped make sure I got the pellets I wanted added into my return order when I called.
