Yes, as long as you back it up with good products and service, and they do. If they didn’t and you weren’t happy would you post positive feedback? I wouldn’t. I can afford to tell the truth.
At least they care enough to ask, which puts them ahead a lot of vendors.

PLUS they actually CALL me up to let me know what's up and coming and remind to preorder too and give me a rundown of what may be interesting to me THATS IN STOCK ready to ship TODAY in case I have the urge to buy something RIGHT NOW.

I purchased an Air Tank, with accessories, from AoA, got the items in good time, good condition, and I got the e-mail and mine asked if the product was what I had asked for and if there were any hitches in the buying/shipping process.
First, great marketing method, if for not, at least someone, somewhere in the AoA System thought feedback from the customers would be a good idea... as stated before, as long as they use the feedback.
Second, I had a slight hiccup with my tank, not thinking about how the tank gauges worked, 2 of them, I took the tank to a dive shop for filling. All went well but when I picked it I was told the large gauge wasn't working, me being a little slow and older, I took the info to heart and contacted AoA complaining about the gauge is already broken. AoA Customer Service was all over me wanting info, wanting to know what happened and how can we fix it. As it turned out it was my fault, the tank gauges were working as they should and I was the fool in this story. I got a second call from the owner and an e-mail thanking me for getting in touch with them once I had determined it was my fault.
I would buy again from these guys, my only problem is their cost runs a little higher than other stores but their packages appear to be complete in the what is needed department.
