Would it be acceptable to use this silicone shock fluid to lightly coat the o rings 
on my Huma regulator before installing it into my FX wildcat?

I use it (different brand) on my hand pump and on o-rings that need a less sticky lube than grease.

Silicone oil, that is what it is, is available everywhere, even on Amazon. It is available in many viscosities. It is very expensive stuff. I use silicone grease and silicone oil in 500 CSt. Please use great caution with this stuff. There is no known solvent for it and once it is on a surface, it can never be washed off, painted or glued.

Electrical contact cleaning spray will take off silicone residue pretty well. I've been able to attach double sided mounting tape and glue to some hobby stuff after removing silicone with electrical contact cleaner.
I never glue gun parts though. Never glue anything that could misfire and hurt someone.

The 10wt silicone shock oil also works well to lubricate slugs. (IF that rifle 'likes' lubricated, some do some don't)
I put 4 or 5 drops in a ziploc bag then 50 slugs and kneed it around till every one is coated with an almost invisible film.
Note that silicone does not lubricate moving parts like steel and aluminium as well as petroleum oils so you can use silicone in the high pressure air places you should NOT use combustible oil but for triggers and linkages use a good rust preventing, lubricating petroleum oil.

I was intrigued by this comment so I searched "Cleaning silicone residues" and was stunned to find just how difficult it is. Not impossible but damned difficult. I'd have to agree that serious caution as to where this stuff ends up (as in "unintentional") is well warranted.

Glad I found this, had heard about that you could use RC shock fluid but couldn't remember the type/weight.

I have used "personal" silicone lubricants (which are available in a variety of viscosities) and which I have in ample supply. I've used them to fill RC shocks too.

I had wondered about if silicone based people lubes would work/be safe. I can remember using it a few times on skateboard bearings when I was younger. Pretty sure I have the same type of Team associated shock lube. Hoping i have the same weight. On a side note would the lubed pellets be considered dieseling? Sorry still new to alot of it and would rather ask.

Treadmill mat oil is 100% silicone but a bit thicker in viscosity. I’ve found it to be really close in viscosity to what Huma puts in the syringes of their reg rebuild kits.
Between treadmillp lube and Trident brand Divers silicone grease, that’s all I use to lube o rings or anything worth lubing inside of the HPA vessels of air guns.
