Here is some pics and a story as requested......

A few pics from when I was stationed in Germany. I was US Army Dustoff 159th.Medical Company.1988-92. Our small airfield was outside Darmstadt. The old hanger (pic lower right) was "apparently" where the Red Baron flew out of. The Berlin Wall also fell during my tour.

I remember we had a bad rabbit problem where the Blackhawks would land and then collapse into a rabbit tunnel. We would pay hunters to send a ferret down the hole and shoot the rabbit coming out the other. I always thought "What a awesome way to make a living".
