Can anyone chime in on this rest? Seems to be at the lower end of the upper end rests. I want to upgrade from my Eagle rest, but don't want to pay 1k+ for a rest. Any feedback would be appreciated.
First thing that has to be done is get rid of the cable drive, relocate the knob directly to the tray, after total disassemble and thrown in parts washer."chasdicapua"When you worked on your Bald Eagle rest, were you able to get the sticking and jumpiness out of the windage adjustment? If so, how? I keep spraying silicone on it and it works for about to cards and then it's back to being sticky.
also after cleaing it, remove one of the springs and try it"chasdicapua"That looks very doable. Even for a dolt like me!! This is going to make this rest much better.
Thanks for passing this along.
