What single shot loader are people using in their impact? The impact mag is fine but sometimes I just want to do 5 or 10 shot shot strings or groups and simple is better sometimes IMHO.

.22 and no I don't. Wouldn't know how to use it if I did. Use to run and program CNC machines but that was 8 years ago and since being retired all those years have lost most of not all I knew.

I have two SSL's but have not used them yet.
BAck in time when the Impact MK2 PP (powerplenums) started shipping these were avalaible from my local FX dealer in Canada.
Last year when I started shooting slugs I bought one printed SSL from Huma, because looked prettier.
Soon enough I realized I need the eaglevisioncam aluminum mag for heavier slugs, and I have two of those and would recommend to everyone.

Don’t use any….seems and unnecessary expenditure to buy low capacity aftermarket mags. If I want to do 5 or 10 shot strings I just load 5 or 10 pellets in the stock mag

A single shot magazine gives me an opportunity to slow down between shots and evaluate what I may have done right or wrong. I sometimes shoot to quickly between shots with a regular magazine. ^^^^Plus they seem to align with the barrel/probe better than the magazines. No spring force on the them.
