Site unreasonably slow after my "temporary" ban was lifted?

If I don't log in, AGN pages pop up more quickly than they ever did since I joined.

However, once I log in, it takes at least 1000 times longer to get pages to load, if/when they load.

Is this intentional or just something else?

I am on a computer, no vpn. Ad blocking has nothing to do with it nor does anti tracking as the site works quickly if I DON'T login.

This started shortly before I was notified that I was temporarily banned and has continued since the ban was lifted.

Once again, it has everything to do with my being logged in where I can reply to posts and PMs. When I don't login, the site works better than it ever has since I became a member.

My guess is that some "moderator" has screwed my account and I am not sure it can be fixed... or at least WILL be fixed.

AGN seems to be heading the same direction as GTA went some time back... (heavy sigh)
