Skout Skout Customer service?

I am contemplating buying an Epoch and sent Skout an enquiry on Tuesday and still not heard a thing from them, now I have always been told they are very good with talking to their customers but? I am in the UK and have had feedback from other UK Skout owners that they are happy to help etc, but I am starting to wonder maybe i should be thinking of another make, what's your experience?
 
I've had a little communication back and forth with them after my initial purchase inquiries, and I've always gotten a prompt and thorough response. However, I had one inquiry sent to Trent (the Sales Manager) that I got no response from for several days. After the service I had been receiving, and the wonderful responses others have been posting about, it was perplexing. So I sent a follow-up email and got an almost instantaneous response.

When we read about such great customer service, and our experience has been so good up to a given point, we tend to forget these folks are people too. If I had a nickel for every work email I've gotten distracted from and didn't get a reply out as quickly as I intended, I'd have my second Skout airgun by now. Combine that with what is probably the biggest sales promotional week of the year in the US, and I'm sure they are just busy and trying to get to everyone. Keeping in mind any time difference with your country, I'll bet if you send a new email indicating it's a "follow-up" you'll hear back pretty quickly.

I can attest to what I consider some of the best costumer service around. I had a problem last year with an epoch I had purchased that wasn't charging properly. I didn't even think about it being EBR and sent an email to Skout customer service. I received two emails and a phone call from the guys at Skout while they were at EBR! They had me a fixed up in no time!
 
I’ve referred plenty of pcp folks towards Skout when looking for a change from the norm, solely based on customer service alone. Second to that would be parts and tech support.
Understand that it’s not only the two pcp’s in their catalog of air rifles they are trying to pump out, it’s also their paintball guns that they’re well known for thst keeps that place busy. I’ve got an email out to Darryl also, and I’m confident he’ll get to it when the smoke clears ha ha, from the holiday rush hours. He always does
