Regarding the Evos factory rail; does it have MOA built in?

So how much of a problem, will using a mount that has 20 MOA built into present?

depending on how much elevation you have on your scope's turrets, a close range shot might be hard to zero

My intended purpose is for target shooting mostly 50 yards and beyond.

Yeah I wasn't sure of the rail when I bought the mount. Though the scope is an Arken 5-25x56. Hopefully it'll have enough adjustment. If not I'll get a new mount.
