I second that question, soft or hard material? Also, what material is the core made from?

You guys literally used the same words sto does for marketing. Pretty weak. These have 1 3/8-16 threads and are made to slip into our standard moderator housing. They’re made of carbon fiber PETG.
How many ways can they describe a Tesla gas diode? it is unique to their rifle and moderator. Big deal. Can you quote something they copied? You guys literally used the same words sto does for marketing. Pretty weak.
It is constructed completely of hard material.I second that question, soft or hard material?

PETG is what they use for water bottles, cosmetic jars, etc. It is a very tough and resilient material especially if loaded with reinforcement. I would have no concerns with it in this application. Its a good choice. It is constructed completely of hard material.
Maybe go to the sto website? How many ways can they describe a Tesla gas diode? it is unique to their rifle and moderator. Big deal. Can you quote something they copied?
How do you feel about baffles? How about hair curlers and felt? Asking for a friend.Maybe go to the sto website?
Is this 3d printed or mold injection or some other manufacturing technique?PETG is what they use for water bottles, cosmetic jars, etc. It is a very tough and resilient material especially if loaded with reinforcement. I would have no concerns with it in this application. Its a good choice.
Why though should the sound and flow at the back of the moderator be the same as at the front? It didn't make sense to us either, thus the design adapts along its length to maximize sound attenuation at a given flow level while minimizing size and weight. How do you feel about baffles? Skout is prininting but PETG can be pelletized and injection molded. Very tough material. Is this 3d printed or mold injection or some other manufacturing technique?
Carbon fiber in PETG adds rigidity at the cost of layer adhesion when 3D printing. It does look nice! I love carbon fiber PETG but tend to stay away from it if the application requires good layer adhesion. There are better suited materials with better layer adhesion such as ASA, HIPS, and CF Nylon. They are slightly harder to print but look great!PETG is what they use for water bottles, cosmetic jars, etc. It is a very tough and resilient material especially if loaded with reinforcement.
