At least as far as I've ever experienced, when it comes to placing an order. Over the past couple days Ive pestered their salesmen with questions regarding a prospective rifle purchase. And quite quickly he answered each, and every one. Satisfied that I had enough info to make an informed purchase i placed my order today.
Within a couple hours of the order being finalized, he sent me pics of my rifle, in its case, sitting out it's 24 hr pressure test. Slated to ship ASAP if pressure holds. I've never seen, nor even heard of service this fast, this direct, or this thorough from any vendor, or manufacturer of, well... Anything! Truly impressive. And that's not hyperbole. It really does make an impression.
So a huge shout out to Darryl Trent, and the Skout team! I look forward to doing business with y'all in the future.
