the Zons are useless to me, as they get crooked in the mag and do not feed,, in my SPA P-15 using Carm magsI will give them a go,,, ordered 2 boxes,, test 1,2 ,,,1,2,3, test test
I have found that slugs don't work well with any magazine designed for pellets, those being the ones with an o-ring around them to hold the pellet in. Even in my Paradigm, the CARM magazines are worthless for slugs for the same reason but the factory mags work great. On the P15 it's the same, factory mags work great, CARM's don't. That's just the nature of the shapes and designs. The energy retained using the 28gr slug at 50fpe, gives me an extra 20y of range (110y) over the 34gr pellet at 58fpe out of my Mrod (90y). This is figuring for 35fpe on target. It is worth picking up a factory magazine and trying the slugs if you already bought them.the Zons are useless to me, as they get crooked in the mag and do not feed,, in my SPA P-15 using Carm mags
I do not have a single shot tray to test with and don't use in normal pesting,,,
so I do not know how well they MIGHT perform,,, I gotz no patience for such stuff
I will stick with the 33gr pellets
I think my Sapsan's reg is about 130bar, hard to tell with that little gauge. I've got the hammer spring cranked in. I'll have time on Sunday the 16'th to play more with it.the Zons are useless to me, as they get crooked in the mag and do not feed,, in my SPA P-15 using Carm mags
