I am looking to add a sling to my FX Panthera to carry out in the field. Has anyone added a sling? If so what sling did you go with and how did you attach it to your FX Panthera?

I learned quickly when I got my Panthera that it was a bit heavy to carry around for hunting.I can barely carry mine to the bench.

Depending on your optic setup you could just add a Magpul QD adapter to your Panthera pic rail. I ordered one for my Impact, can post pics this weekend.

Bought a Magpul sling that does both and a QD adapter for a single point off a pic rail. My Impact is purposefully balanced for walk around hunting but it weighs in about 8lbs so I wanted to try out a sling. Magpul makes the QD style and the hoop style adapters for pic rails depending on your sling attachment and your preference. There are lots of other companies that make similar accessories but Magpuls were on sale for Memorial Day. Here is where I orded the stuff from:
