So I just got my Blitz back together, and I really only lack for one thing... A decent sling system. I was wondering what some of the Blitz owners here are running for a sling solution. I'll add a couple pics to show what available real estate i have, so folks can give me some insight as to what options are available to me. I look forward to hearing y'alls input.
I see no one answered your question, I have the same one going on. I have this baby up to thirteen pounds and that's allot to tote around. currently I have this two point sling going from the side of the bottle to the bottom of the stock. it sits nicely over one shoulder and lays against my back in behind my arm. the scope and light and bipods all are out away from my body. but I was hoping to find someone with a better solution. it would be nice if I could sling it in ready position against my side, but I'm just not seeing how to pull it off. I got a bit carried away on adding extras. my atn x sight 5 must be close to five pounds by itself. I did build a extendable mono pod which works okay for night time pigeon and rat barn hunts. I've considered hooking both ends of my sling to my scope tube and wear it over my head to the opposite shoulder. but I'm not real keen on finding out whether the tube on my scope will handle all that weight. I guess the flashlight and bipods are really not of any use when I'm wandering a barn, but they are very minimal of my total weight. curious if you came up with anything since asking this earlier this year.
