FX Slugs Falling into Panthera Breech?

Recently purchased my Panthera 600MM in .25. Have shot 33 gr. Zan's flawlessly. when I went to heavier 39 gr. I have having issues with misfeeds and a few slugs falling into the breech. Wanted to see if any other Panthera shooters are having this issue. If so what have been some of your solutions. seems the Probe hole/breech is fairly large in diameter compared to the probe allowing slugs to fall in between.

Thank you in advance!

Are you saying that if you hold a full mag breech side facing down, the slugs will fall out of the mag?

I am having this issue by simply shooting the rifle on a bipod and cycling the next round. When I cycle the lever back to chamber my next shot. On a few occasions the slug would be jammed in between the probe and the breech. I can usually get a pick and pry it out . This last time it fell into the breech. Had to pull the barrel and probe to remove the lodged slug.

Being a new rifle to me. I didn't properly re-pressurize the rifle and pulled the trigger by accident and now bent the valve causing a leak.

A quick fix would be some type of 3d printed reducing flange to seal the breech port with the probe. Any takers with basic 3d printing skills? Lol

Sending the rifle back to Utah Air for hopefully a quick repair!
