Slugs in Smooth twist X Barrel

Hello folks,

I wonder if NSA slugs are going to work in my FX Impact Smooth Twist X barrel. I have searched for answers, but I didnt get a clear yes or no.

Again, I'm talking about a Smooth Twist X Barrel, not a Smooth Twist standard barrel.

YES but not all, I will make a test soon with some NSA. Here is some I did with slug and STX 9 months ago.

mmm sorry but I do have test some NSA well over 50m, 100m with success (that means 2 moa or less, is a hunting ammo, even MOA), WITH THE STX Pellet A Liner. NSA have TO MANY types ... 

So "NOT PAST 50 METERS" in the ammo you have tested probably, right?

SlugLiner shoots all well, Like it as a all around liner, meaning pellets good and slugs good. 

The latest NSA amo is coming this way ... I will make those test in January probably.

Yes you can shoot nsa slug from a smooth twist x will be it accurate? No. Just cause you can shoot it from any barrel, doesnt mean it will be accurate. A slug liner is only $109. Not that expensive. And yes I have tried both smooth twist x and the slug liner and I will say slug liner is the better choice.

Ok, here is proof I just made (specially dedicated for those saying NO is not possible to shoot slugs out of the pellet liner)

75m / 83 yards, pellet liner A 700mm, 850fps, stock impact x (tp elongated and c3 bumper delrin) shooting nsa 23gn .218 the wide of my thumb nail is 1/2 inch.

That is BlackMamba tuned for 18.2 jsb @ 1000 fps. Not even tuned for those slugs, just put those in the mag and shoot! It can be much better

Those are old NSA, new ones are better and coming this way. I will make more tests soon.

SlugLiner is great for slugs and pellets.
