Today I received a shipment of JSB 25.4 grain pellets and Zan slugs from UA. I got box from my building's mail room and it rattled like a rattle. Open it up and one of the SCREW TOP tins spilled out. the tin is ruined as far as I am concerned. I have ordered a lot from UA and they have always been good at packing but this was substandard. How can a screw on top come undone which is TAPPED unless someone unscrewed it to look at it before packing. Like I said sloppy. 
Update, though took two days, UA contacted me and are sending out a replacement. Also, I do feel dealers need to be called out now and then. If this happened to me I know its happened to 100 others who haven't said anything. As before, I like the folks at UA, but some times the small things need to be pointed out to keep people on their toes.
