Well the rats came back to the no.1 barn , so I sat up in the straw loft for a few hours today w/ my Hatsan Factor RC. I tuned it for 850+ running H&N 14.68 pellets. 12 shots got 10 rats , 1 mouse & a hosp. The farmer was pleased .

Just a side note , the H&N Excite Hammer pellets work really well ( inside 20 yrds ) for me at this velocity. Very $$ friendly too. The CPHP's do almost as good but throw just enough fliers to keep them for plinking duty . Most of my vermin shot range is under 20 yrd.s

My ratting (back yard) is my Prod with JSB RS 14gr...use a wireless doorcam and bait station with peanut butter....works like a charm....
