Snowpeak Snowpeak M16

I just ordered a snowpeak M16 in .22. Really excited to get it and start shooting.

I am looking for suggestions on a scope to put on it. Main purpose will be small game game hunting and some target shooting. I don't want to spend a bunch on money on a scope but would like something decent.

What would everyone recommend?

I have a couple BSA sweet 22 scopes that are good quality for the price.

The 4-12x40 AO model would fit this gun nicely. Around 75 bucks.

Step up to Athlon neos or talos for $150+/- for their base models that are no frills side focus scopes. I have a neos 4-12x40 and 6-18x44 and they're both very nice for the price.

Josh, congratulations! I would look into Discovery scopes, Vector Veyron, WestHunter.....these 3 are affordable and punch above their asking prices and come in FFP, SFP and fixed magnifications. Pay a little more then look into Athlon and Vortex, these have budget, mid tier and higher end scopes.

The least expensive scope I have and like is a Hawke Vantage 2-7. 7X is not very good for target shooting, however. The 3-9 is still reasonable in price but I like 24X for target work. I like my Vector Veyron 6-24X SFP. About $200 delivered from Krale. I also paid about the same for my Athlon Talos 6-24X (also SFP) but I caught it on a good sale. The Athlon is bigger and heavier but the glass is, I think, a little better. But I like the reticle of the Veyron more.

I kinda liked the m16 myself ( not the bottle one)

Being not a springer the sky's the limit on a scope to use ..

Personally for air gun something in mildot for hold over/under then AO . Maybe 4x16 min ..

I also found brands with no questions asked lifetime warranty and quick satisfaction it f needed is a saver ... Like athlons and being in the Kansas city area .

Good luck.
