I just read a post from "Wes" the one in Canada that sells the Snowpeak's it was on GTA and it was from March of this year. He said they were then in the testing stages, but that was Months ago?

Got my 30 cal today! Sadly, Wes forgot the moderator. I'm waiting on ammo anyways. I put in an email to him so I'll see what he says.
It also has larger threads than 1/2-20. Anyone know what size the 30/357 caliber has on the adapter?

On all of the Ads I read from Him He mentioned that the Moderator would ship from Ca? Or did something change?

I just looked on the website and the threads are M16x1.5 which isn't common. I didn't see anything on the listing about the ship from CA, but it's on the page for just the moderators.
I have no confirmation of the moderator shipping either.

I think that I read they came with one, but maybe Canadian Laws don't allow it so it would come from Ca. It's been a while since I looked. I know you are gonna have fun! Enjoy!

Abother odd thing, my compressor kicked off at 250 BAR on the m60 gauge, but the compressor is set to kick off at 300 BAR. I know my gauge on the comp is right and all my guns I fill to 250 or 300 on their gauges all match my gauge on the comp or out of both of my bottles.
Either there is a restrictor in the foster to slow fill, or the gauge is off and my bottle is at 300 bar!

Makes total sense now that you mentioned it. It's a crime punishable by hanging in Canada to even have a moderator in a shop owners possession.

That's correct, in Canada all moderators/silencers are banned by law regardless of if it's for air guns or firearms. Big no-no. But I had airguns with moderators shipped to US from Canada no problem. No issues with US customs either. I think it depends on the specific gun shop and if they have a license to sell moderators.

The 30/357 still have the M16x1.5 thread for the larger pellets. I can't find any other models besides a DFL emperor in 45 cal and it's half the proce of the gun!

Well, looking at the wording, "US residents only you can choose the moderator option above to get a discounted price." Is that a discount on the Rifle or a Moderator? I wouldn't think it would be hard to Make/Get an adapter? Did you get an older Model that was not set up like the new ones with the 1/2X20? A call to Wes would be on My agenda first thing in the morning? Keep us posted.
