Snowpeak Snowpeak m60b and refill tank?

If you're out hunting I would think the on board air supply would be plenty. It's over 50 shots in 22 I believe. More if you lower the regulator.

I have a 3L bottle and a 4.5L MSA bottle. Both 300 BAR. No way I'd be lugging that 4.5L around the woods. The 3L gets old too. I have a 48ci 300 BAR bottle I can toss in a backpack and get a few fills on some of my guns.

Here's all 3 for reference.

I agree with Firewalker. I use 66 cu ft SCBA firefighter surplus bottles. I bought several of them surplus several years ago for $50 each.

They had nine years left on the maunufacturer fifteen year date. I recharge them at my local dive shop to 4500 psi. Cost $18 per recharge,

I've done the recert on them due every five years. Cost $35 including a fresh recharge. The dive shop has never changed the price in 7 years.

Work's great on my FX and Notos in the field! Takes about a minute to recharge the air rifle. I get 800 plus shots on one of the bottles.

Josh,
Bought a Snowpeak M60B .35 from Krale in March. Came with older, "remove-bottle-to-fill" system, instead of updated installed foster fitting. In your case, get an early style M60B and a second bottle to switch out, as needed. The bottles don't vent when removed, you only lose air from gun which is recharged from next bottle. Finding a second bottle might not be too hard since many replace heavy aluminum ones for lighter carbon fiber. I'd try a "Want to Buy," request in AGN Classifieds or contact Wes at airgunarcheryfun (Canada.) WM

I like MSA bottles, great hardware, easy to find a fill station for it as well.

Hi @Firewalker,
Thank you for your guidance! You have been great. I have ordered the M60b .30 and thinking to buy a tank like the one you suggested above and having it filled at the local firehouse or SCUBA store and not buying a pump. What do you think? Also do I need to buy a connection like this?
Cheers
