Just like the poll says. Grab an M3 for 200 off retail or pre order or wait for an M4. I would pony up the extra 200 clams and wait for the M4.
When using an F-Class rest at the front end of the K&L UIT trigger guard/rail (near the front of the bottle) the rifle frame will flex, especially when using spiked feet in hard ground.Stiffer frame? I’m asking honestly here, is this really a significant problem or is it relevant mostly with the longer barrels and slug kits? Can someone explain how much this will affect accuracy or function?
Ok. I can see that. Especially if the gun gets swiveled. Thanks for the infoWhen using an F-Class rest at the front end of the K&L UIT trigger guard/rail (near the front of the bottle) the rifle frame will flex, especially when using spiked feet in hard ground.
The F-Class rest is much, much, stiffer and much wider than a standard bipod. Using a standard bipod, the bipod flexes, twists, and slides as you torque the rifle so you don't see or feel any frame flex.
Wouldn't say that. But a Panthera or Dynamic are quite long and don't have the same shot count. Great bench rifles. I think the lack of thunder is if you already have an MK2 or M3, and have done supporting mods. You stand to gain nothing expect from a trigger on this new model. Which that is to be seen as well. If you are a new Impact buyer, than for sure this is the one to go with over the M3.Hmmm…… seems the Panthera may have stolen the Impacts thunder. Quite the ho-hum response to the release.
I would agree with this ^. Try and sell a used Panthera. Used value so low that I wouldn’t try to sell mine.Wouldn't say that.
