If you must see it, click on the forums tab above. Not the arrow that drops the box but the actual forums tab. you will see the social tab at the right side at the top. Nothing to see here.

Never noticed myself, until ... now. I thought the entire forum was "social". Guess not. Well, I can't keep up with re-defining terms these days.

I am totally OK with only limited opportunities for non airgun threads. I would anticipate it would require a lot of moderator attention and would not enhance my and many others experience.

you can be airgun social all over the forum, but shooting the breeze you better do in the social ( i wouldn’t call it forum ) attachment.
I dont think very many even see the social thing, at least you dont get response / feedback very much there.

Most off topic threads get locked down pretty quickly. Some get through though, this one below even got moderator participation. The initial post in the thread does have the word “airgunning” so I guess it could be considered ON topic.
