These are B Square pistol mounts made for a Ruger MK I or II (firearm). They are also a similar size that will fit a Crosman MK. I got the idea from the link below. These normally sell for over $30 a piece if you can find them.
I believe these are discontinued. I bought a few months ago as new old stock.
