I have a GMI Engineering swagging slug making kit for 25 CAL that I have used very little. I used it with a harbor freight arbor press that worked great. That is all you really need. It will make hollow point slugs 28 grain and 26 grain. It will make flat base and dish base Slugs. I have Weighed them on a scale and they come out very accurate.
