Was this pump capable of 4500 or just the 3500, also have you considered lowering price?

Box says 275 bar, which is about 4000 psi. As a general rule I normally discount used items about 20%. This unit is actually 33% off and includes shipping & a QD coupler. Not a bad deal IMO
