This scope looks brand new. It is a MTC Mamba Lite 4-16x42 SF IR scope with flip up scope covers. 

This is a 1 inch scope and it very light at 20 ounces. 

Price is $250 for the scope alone or $300 for the scope and FX No Limit Dovetail mounts. 

If you want it with Sportsmatch Dovetail high mounts as an option it's $275.
