This is not your ordinary low powered laser pointer. I could easily see the green dot in broad daylight, shining on white house siding, from 100 meters away. I bought this a few years ago and never used it. This will not light a match or catch anything on fire, but it is 20+ watts and incredibly bright!!! Uses inexpensive CR123 battery, included, and picatinny mount.
