I had Martin install a new smaller diameter moderator on my .22 cal. HM1000x. So, I have one of the large diameter moderators plus a DonnyFL adapter I don't need. They're in very good condition. The moderator slips over the barrel and is secured by set screws (and adhesive?). The adapter allows a person to add a large diameter moderator (DFL Fat Boy) on the front of the base moderator. Simply unscrew the shorter front piece of the original moderator and screw the adapter in its place. It includes a thread protector.
